This role will be based out of Marshall+Sterling’s Latham Office

We are looking for a Client Service Specialist to provide superior service and serve as a primary point of contact for clients and Account Managers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and service requests.
  • Secure and process applications for coverage, including obtaining quotes and comparing options across carriers.
  • Manage account activity, including policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and updates in the agency management system.
  • Review policies and documentation for accuracy and completeness to ensure compliance with agency standards.
  • Request and maintain client documentation, including certificates of insurance, ID cards, and proof of coverage.
  • Process claims and support clients through the claims process as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all client and carrier communications.
