Eagleview Veterinary Hospital is looking for a passionate Customer Services Representative to join our growing team in beautiful Squamish, BC. Surrounded by mountains and ocean, Squamish offers an incredible lifestyle with year-round access to hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, and more.
 

We are a busy, community-focused hospital committed to high-quality patient care and exceptional client service. We currently have a strong team of 6 CSRs and, as we continue to grow and support the Sea to Sky community, we’re excited to welcome another CSR to the team.

 
As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, our CSRs play a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for both pets and pet parents. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well, and genuinely enjoys helping others.
 
Responsibilities include:
Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Managing emails and client communication
Processing payments and handling invoices
Dealing with insurance claims
Maintaining accurate medical records
Supporting veterinarians and technicians with daily workflow
Keeping the reception area clean and organized
What we’re looking for:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Team-oriented attitude with a positive outlook
Previous veterinary or medical reception experience would be preferable, but not mandatory.
Ability to work weekend & evening shifts
What we offer:
Between 30-40 hours per week
Up to 10-hour shifts with paid lunches
