Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking for a Clinical Informatic Analyst I to join our team in Louisville, KY!

Under general direction, uses principles from clinical and analytical sciences to identify, define, manage and communicate data and information, in the clinical practice setting. Responsible for application and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting. This includes data collection, workflow analysis, testing, training and support. Applies clinical knowledge to review system build for most efficient workflows and safety. Educates clinical staff on the use of the clinical systems using principles of adult learning. Works to optimize system use. The position will serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes. May manage and represent clinical users on small facility projects and assists in application deployment, support and enhancement requests for large projects. 

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree with 3 years job-related experience or a minimum four-year direct experience in lieu of degree.

  • Must have held a clinical professional license for at least 3 years
