About the role
Kaimetrix is seeking a Clinical Workflow Analyst – Level IV to provide senior-level leadership and oversight for clinical systems and workflow optimization in a secure, mission-critical healthcare environment. This role is responsible for the installation, management, and continuous improvement of medical computer systems to ensure efficient and effective clinical operations.
What you'll do
- Provide strategic oversight for the installation and management of medical computer systems supporting clinical workflows
- Direct workflow analysis efforts for large-scale application development and process re-engineering initiatives
- Establish and enforce quality control measures across software application data, security controls, and environmental infrastructure
- Lead efforts to optimize clinical systems and workflows to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical workflow processes and systems integration
- Ensure systems are aligned with organizational requirements and support mission-critical clinical operations
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to analysts and support personnel
- Serve in a site lead capacity, coordinating workflow analysis and system optimization activities
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical workflow analysis, health IT systems, or related roles
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Certifications:
- CompTIA CASP+, (ISC)² CISSP
Clearance:
- Active Tier 3 (T3) background investigation or ability to obtain and maintain
