Professional Qualifications
- Current CNA and/or CMA certification (or completion of a temporary nurse aide course, as applicable)
- Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with residents, coworkers, and visitors
- Understanding of safety precautions related to chemicals, equipment, and supplies used in a healthcare setting
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth through in-services, training, and educational opportunities
