Job Description

We are looking for a CNA with Med Tech or an LPN to join us at our Senior Life Center!  

22.5 hours per week! 


Schedule:
Monday - Friday 

2PM-10PM


*Rotating every other weekend and holiday 



What you'll do: 

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct nursing care and delivers assigned delegated aspects of care for residents. The CNA adjusts resident care to facilitate good communication with family, residents and other health team members to best meet and encourage expression of needs from all involved in resident care. The CNA organizes the aspects of care which he/she is accountable for to the best of their ability and supports the charge nurse to efficiently take care of resident needs.


CNA Education and Training Required: 

  • State/Federal registry of CNAs.  
  • Medication Administration Certified.
  • BLS certification is required.  
  • Meets health requirements.


LPN Education and Training Required: 


  • Graduate from an accredited school for licensed practical nurses.
  • Current licensure as a practical nurse in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Certification of completion of a pharmacology course.
  • Meets health requirements.
  • BLS certification required.



Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to work in a long term care environment with appropriate technological support.
  • Must be able to deal with multiple priorities in a calm manner.
  • Requires decision-making, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Recognizes legal responsibilities and functions as specified by Nurse Practice Act.
