The Role 

We're looking for a skilled Collision Center Body Technician to join our Collision team. In this role, you'll refinish & refurbish vehicles to quality factory standards within acceptable time standards, while upholding the high standards Leachman is known for. You'll work with precision, professionalism, and a commitment to quality—ensuring every vehicle that leaves our body shop meets our customers' expectations and our own exacting standards. This is a hands on position where your expertise directly impacts our customers' trust in the Leachman name.

What you'll do

  • Specialize in Collision damage & minor repairs
  • Properly operate all body shop equipment
  • Mechanical skills to disassemble and assemble damaged vehicles with replacement or repaired parts to dealer standards
  • Follow all safety standards in all steps of the repair process including protective equipment
  • Support team on projects
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Follow all hazardous waste disposal procedures

What you'll bring

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past two years
  •  Strong automotive body technician background and hands on repair experience
  •  I-CAR/or ASE certification (preferred)
  •  Strong time management and organizational skills
  •  Ability to work effectively as part of a team with attention to detail
  •  Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
  •  Willingness to complete pre-employment background check and drug screening
