What We�re Looking For:

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience (required)
• Strong background in HUD, Virginia Housing Authority, and Tax Credit compliance
• Entrata software experience preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to drive occupancy, manage budgets, and support resident needs
