Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the apartment community
• Lead leasing, resident retention, and occupancy goals
• Manage rent collections, budgets, and financial performance
• Ensure excellent resident service and timely resolution of concerns
• Supervise and support onsite leasing and maintenance teams
• Maintain compliance, reporting accuracy, and property standards
• Partner with regional leadership to drive community success

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with leasing, marketing, collections, and resident relations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required (Entrata experience preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
