Essential Duties: 


· Review and analyze requests for disputes, validation and fraud claims.

· Prepare appropriate response letters based on our client requirements.

· Track investigation outcomes from our clients.

• Analyze account documentation, payment histories, correspondence, and supporting evidence to determine the appropriate course of action and identify any required account updates or restrictions.

• Prepare and issue accurate, timely, and client-specific response letters related to disputes, validation requests, and fraud investigations. 

• Ensure all communications adhere to regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and established service-level expectations while maintaining clear and professional communication with consumers and stakeholders.

• Monitor, track, and document investigation outcomes received from clients, creditors, and other third parties. Update account records, accordingly, implement required account actions, and ensure resolution statuses are accurately maintained. Follow up on outstanding investigations as needed to ensure timely completion and compliance with applicable response deadlines.

• Maintain detailed records of all dispute, validation, and fraud-related activities, including supporting documentation, investigation findings, correspondence, and resolution outcomes. Assist with quality assurance reviews, compliance audits, and reporting initiatives to support regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness.

• Collaborate with internal departments, clients, legal teams, and compliance personnel to resolve complex account issues, identify trends, and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures related to dispute and fraud management.

Requirements

 

Education/Experience:


· High School diploma or GED is required; college is a plus

· Effective written and verbal communication skills. 

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
