Schell Brothers is looking for an experienced, energetic, and positive Construction Manager who wants to help build our customers’ dream homes in Middletown, DE.

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Minimum of two years' experience in residential production home building management

Valid driver's license

Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times

Proficient with MS Office Products

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Civil/Structural Engineering

Strong work ethic, with the ability to multi-task and work independently as part of a larger team

Previous experience in construction project management or residential home building

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships

Proficient time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
