About the Role:
Join SERVPRO as a Construction Project Manager and play a pivotal role in transforming properties after disasters. With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, you will lead construction projects that restore homes and businesses to their former glory.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes and regulations.
  • Utilize project management software to track progress and document changes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
