Construction Project Manager
SERVPRO of Rapid City is looking for a motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. Roofing and siding experience is a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage reconstruction projects from assignment through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, materials, and customer communication
- Keep projects on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards
- Handle documentation, change orders, supplements, and project updates
- Conduct site visits and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project
Qualifications
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously
- Existing subcontractor network preferred
- Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
- Roofing and siding experience preferred

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
- Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
- Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e., driving, sitting, climbing)
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to access tight or crowed spaces (i.e. attics, crawl spaces)
- Exposure to noise levels at jobsites that can be loud
