This is for the position of Consultant in the Human Capital Advisory team as a Payroll practitioner. The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and frequent interactions with onshore engagement teams and clients. In this role you will help our clients through a
variety of HR and Payroll transformation activities in order to help the business achieve its strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities
Assist in delivering payroll transformation projects, including process mapping and implementation support.
Support the assessment of current payroll operations and help identify areas for improvement.
Contribute to the development of future-state payroll models and documentation.
Participate in payroll system testing, data validation, and go-live activities.
Support payroll audits and compliance checks under the guidance of senior team members.
Assist in vendor evaluations and provide support for project tracking and documentation.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Contribute to proposal development and internal knowledge-building initiatives.
Help identify process automation and efficiency opportunities in payroll operations.
Present findings and insights in a clear and structured manner.
Embrace innovation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in user training and change management activities
Qualifications
Qualification:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with platforms like Aris, Visio, Qualtrics, OrgVue, SurveyMonkey/SurveyGizmo.
Exposure to payroll transformation or HR technology projects is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in team environments.

Education / Years of Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or an MBA from an accredited college/university.
3-5.5 years of experience in Payroll Strategy, Transformation, or related HR/Finance operations.
