Job Description

Location: Hybrid /Watertown, MA

Duration: 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion to a regular, full-time employee role.

We are seeking a contract Program Manager to support late-stage development activities. The role will focus on coordination of CMC, manufacturing, quality, and device activities to support regulatory submission preparation and process validation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional CMC and manufacturing activities required to enable NDA submission and launch
  • Develop and maintain timelines for device development, process development, and manufacturing readiness
  • Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, working sessions, and quality governance forums including preparation of agendas and meeting minutes
  • Manage action items, risks, and dependencies associated with late-stage development activities
  • Provide visibility into the status of CMC activities and identify potential risks
  • Support integrated program planning and CMC submission readiness activities as needed

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical discipline required
  • 3+ years of relevant experience working in CMC, technical operations, or manufacturing environments within the biotech/ pharmaceutical industry required
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills with excellent communication abilities required
  • Experience managing integrated timelines and action tracking using Smartsheet or similar program management tools required
  • Experience supporting manufacturing readiness activities such as process validation, tech transfer, or CMC submission deliverables strongly preferred
  • PMP certification preferred

 

Location/ Travel Requirements

  • Hybrid work model with onsite participation at company offices 2+ days per week
  • Occasional travel to Massachusetts-based manufacturing sites may be required
