- The Controller is responsible for directing and reporting the financial and operational controls daily to the CEO.
- Administrative organization includes Accounting, Accounts Payable and Business Office.
- In Coordination with Corporate CFO helps with the organizations financial planning and accounting practices as well as its relationship with lending institutions, shareholders and the financial community.
- Provides and directs procedures and systems necessary to maintain proper records and to afford adequate accounting controls and services.
- The Controller also evaluates the following departments and/or related functions of: Accounting and Materials Management Analyzes, consolidates and directs all cost accounting procedures together with other statistical and routine reports.
