Job Description

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the planning, development and operation of the Human Resources division that supports the successful operation of Zanesville Welfare Organization and Goodwill Industries, Inc.

Responsible for payroll/ benefit administration, human resources policy and procedures, recruitment and employment, employee relations/assistance program, compliance, benefits, policies and procedure, training and development, personnel records and the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).


Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
