About Integrations Wellness & Recovery Center

Integrations Wellness & Recovery Center is a person-centered, recovery-oriented behavioral health agency specializing in trauma-informed, co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder care. Our mission is to empower every person we serve to embrace their true value and worth, providing a safe space for healing, healthy connection, and evidence-based tools for change. As a small, independently operated program, we put clinical care first and give our counselors a real voice on the team. Our women’s residential program is located in Hutchinson, approximately one hour west of the Twin Cities metro.

 

The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Alcohol & Drug Counselor to join our 20-bed women’s residential (245G) program. You’ll carry a manageable caseload and deliver individualized, evidence-based care using motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral interventions, ASAM placement criteria, and relapse-prevention strategies. We welcome LADC, ADC-T, and dually licensed candidates, and for experienced clinicians there is opportunity to take on supervisory responsibilities (supervising interns, ADC-Ts.)

 

Schedule

  • 4-day work week (full-time)
  • One weekend per month on rotation to facilitate Saturday and Sunday morning groups

 

What You'll Do 

  • Provide assessments, intakes, referrals, consultations, and individual counseling sessions tailored to each client's needs
  • Facilitate clinical treatment groups using evidence-based practices
  • Develop and weekly-review person-centered, individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain client records consistent with 245G, agency policy, and payer requirements (comprehensive assessments and summaries, initial service plans, treatment plans and reviews, discharge summary, treatment coordination)
  • Orient clients to their rights and responsibilities under 245G
  • Make referrals for adjunct services and coordinate care with internal and external providers
  • Provide all services in accordance with the ethical standards of the profession
  • Participate in case consultations and staff meetings
  • (For qualified candidates) Provide and document supervision of interns and licensing candidates

 

Qualifications

  • Licensed as an LADC by the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy, OR ADC-T/license-eligible, OR dually licensed (LADC + mental health license). Equivalent BBHT-exempt qualifications under Minn. Stat. 145F.11 and 245G.11, subd. 5 also considered.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher with an emphasis in the substance use field
  • Demonstrated competency screening for and serving clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Knowledge of Minn. Statute.chapters 245G, 245A, and sections 260E, 626.577, and 626.5572
  • At lease 18 years of age, free of problematic substance use per agency policy (subject to random testing)
  • For supervisory candidates: 3+ years providing individual and group counseling to individuals with SUDS
  • Strong communication skills
