We're looking for a detail-oriented Corporate Accountant to join our growing Accounting team. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our financial operations, with a primary focus on Accounts Receivable, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. What You'll Do

  • Manage Accounts Receivable activities and support daily cash management.
  • Prepare cash balance reports and assist with timely deposits.
  • Perform account and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
  • Analyze financial data and investigate account variances.
  • Support financial reporting and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests.
  • Help maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes.
  • Identify discrepancies and recommend solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams to support business objectives.
  • Perform other accounting duties and special projects as assigned.

 

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of accounting experience.
  • A basic understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and a knack for staying organized.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and learning new systems.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in your accounting career.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
  • Familiarity with BI360 and/or Power BI.
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • A motivated, team-oriented professional with a desire to grow their accounting career.
