Job Description

Scope

Successful candidates will utilize their proven track record in sales to identify, qualify, establish and maintain profitable business relationships. They will sell logistics solutions i.e. 3PL, LLP and general freight services in the country, large-sized companies in the various sectors such as: chemical, life science, consumer products and retail industries. Candidates will be responsible for selling in the assigned country.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading new business outreach and meeting/exceeding goals.
  • Effectively deliver the Company story, value proposition, and products.
  • Drive new revenue and increase market share in a defined territory and industry.
  • Manage and optimize the sales strategy implementing all aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationship with new and key customers
  • Meet individual and PSA BDP’s KPIs and goals.
  • Actively work together with operations team to optimize global operations in identifying and developing services and solutions.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Candidate should possess a university degree.
  • 10 – 15 years of Sales experience in sales.
  • Significant experience in logistics sales, supply chain management and/or experience in a chemical/life science/consumer products/retail company.
  • Has experience of working within a matrixed environment.
