Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the development and execution of AI-driven creative initiatives across digital, marketing, product, and customer experience channels.  

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, content creators, and engineering teams to identify and implement Generative AI use cases.  

• Develop creative strategies leveraging AI tools for content generation, design ideation, personalization, and workflow automation.  

• Guide the creation of AI-assisted content, including copy, visual assets, presentations, and digital experiences while maintaining brand consistency.  

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance creativity, productivity, and business outcomes.  

• Establish best practices, governance, and quality standards for the responsible use of AI in creative processes.  

• Manage project timelines, stakeholder expectations, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery of AI-enabled creative solutions.  

• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve AI-driven creative products and experiences.  

• Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. 

• 8+ years of experience in creative, digital, product, or marketing roles.  

• 2+ years of experience working with Generative AI tools and AI-enabled creative workflows.  

• Experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar technologies.  

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 56,000

Maximum Compensation: USD 196,000

Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
