Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage guest communication strategies across direct mail, email, text, mobile app, and other marketing channels.
  • Create and optimize customer journeys, campaigns, and promotional initiatives to improve guest engagement and retention.
  • Execute testing and analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, guest response, and return on investment.
  • Research market trends, guest behavior, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Support player development and VIP initiatives through strategic marketing alignment and guest engagement efforts.
  • Monitor database performance, reinvestment levels, and marketing effectiveness through reporting and analytics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing programs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance marketing performance through technology, innovation, automation, and process improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategy, promotional planning, and overall guest experience initiatives.
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, database marketing, promotions, hospitality, gaming, or related marketing environments.
  • Experience with campaign management, guest segmentation, analytics, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM, database, or loyalty marketing platforms preferred.
  • Gaming, hospitality, entertainment, or loyalty program experience is a plus.

 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred.
