JOB TITLE
CRM Senior Specialist | MAF LifeStyle | Marketing & Communication

ROLE SUMMARY
CRM Senior Specialist role will support our omni-channel demand generation engine and CRM ecosystem and will drive performance of 12+ ecommerce websites and apps. The role will own the CRM channel and manage the set-up and ongoing support of CRM. This includes working closely with CRM team, Trade Team and the Brand Marketing team to ensure campaigns are fully integrated across the marketing communications mix, ensuring the sharing of results, ideas and best practice across the business.

ROLE PROFILE



  • Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns through Braze.

  • Implement CRM campaigns across email marketing, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other channels to drive customer engagement and loyalty

  • Ensure that email content and layouts are optimized for various devices to enhance user experience.

  • Manage the marketing newsletters, from content planning, to creation, testing, on time deployment and analysis.

  • Assist in market, segment and customer research and analysis.

  • Work with the marketing team and the BI team to develop customized offers and promotions.

  • Oversee the utilization and performance of CRM tools to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Establish email performance benchmarks, summarize key insights, and recommend actions to improve email performance.



REQUIREMENTS



  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising or communications is a plus

  • 3 + years of experience working in marketing, advertising, media or a related field with experience of managing CRM

  • Experience in the Retail industry is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of Braze CRM.

  • Knowledge of Arabic Language would be preferred.
