PURPOSE
To support and assist account managers through timely order entry and appointment scheduling, while maintaining data integrity.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Process and “work” all pending orders to goal.
Effectively communicate to our internal and external customers.
Ensure that all company location codes have been completed and accurate information (open hours, directions, and phone numbers).
Maximize USA Truck transit time through aggressive solicitation of appointment times.
To cross train with peer CSS and account manager to provide flexible coverage options.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent

Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience.
