Job Description
The School District of Baraboo is seekign applicants for a full-time (40 hrs wk), second shift Custodian at Jack Young Middle School. Anticipated start date is August 3, 2026. The regular schedule for this position is 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Duties include, but are not limited to cleaning and set-up or tear down for school district events.The starting compensation rate is $18.75 per hour, and the position is benefit-eligible.

Qualified candidates will have the ability to provide the care and cleaning of buildings and facilities. A positive employment history, excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to recognize negative cleaning issues and address them in a timely manner. Basic building/equipment knowledge is preferred.
Payroll is on the 15th and last day of the month.
The School District of Baraboo is an EC-12 grade district with a 4K program, five elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school with a total student population of 2,700 students.
