Custodian

Haumiller Engineering is a 100% employee-owned company that designs and manufactures automation assembly and test equipment for the life science, personal care and food and beverage industries.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Custodian at our newly renovated facility in Belvidere, IL.  Our Custodians are responsible for the general cleaning and trash removal of the facilities in addition to Janitorial services.

This position is located in Belvidere, IL and will be responsible for our Crystal Parkway and Logistics Drive facilities. 

What You Will Do:

•    Cleans and mops the shop floors using manual & powered equipment and performs any emergency cleaning throughout the facilities

•    Cleans and sanitizes the lunch room, meeting rooms, and other community areas

•    Removes the trash and recyclables daily and prepares bins for pickup

•    Replenish restroom supplies throughout the day as needed

•    In the wintertime, removes snow from all entry ways and sidewalks

•    Cleans machine shop equipment as needed

•    Prepares large pots of coffee for the employees

What You Will Bring:

•    High School diploma or general education degree (GED). One year of related experience and/or training or equivalent preferred
