Job Description
Qualifications:

- High school graduate/GED or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skill, and abilities.

- Ability to plan and supervise the work of others; experience as head custodian or other leadership role in a cleaning/housekeeping operation preferred

- Basic computer skills required

- Considerable janitorial and grounds maintenance experience; experience as a semi-skilled handyman preferred

- Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment and ability to use them economically and efficiently; ability to understand and follow verbal and written directions; and ability to get along well with others.

Pay Rate:

Custodian Salary Scale (credit is based on years of full-time experience in a related position)

Assignment:
Full time / 12 months / 245 days

This position is effective with the 2026-2027 school year

Salary: $38,847 to $63,916 Per Year
