Job Skills / Requirements

Full-Time Morning Custodian – Charleston, WV

Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday – Friday, with Weekend Rotation)

Pay: $14.00 / Hour

Positions Available: 2

Early birds, this is the job for you! Start your day early and be finished by 2:30 PM every day. We are looking for two reliable, experienced cleaners to join our team in Charleston. We offer a steady environment, consistent hours, and a management team that values your hard work.

Flexible Scheduling Options

We have two openings and are willing to work with your schedule. Options include:

• Option A: Monday–Friday schedule (with a weekend rotation).
• Option B: A 5-day work week that includes Saturday and Sunday (with two set weekdays off).
• Option C: A split weekend (each person works one weekend day) so everyone gets a weekend day off!

What You’ll Be Doing

Help us keep our facility in top shape by performing high-quality janitorial tasks:

• Floor Care: Vacuuming carpets and sweeping/mopping hard surfaces.
• Sanitization: Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms to the highest standards.
• Detailing: Dusting, cleaning glass/windows, and replacing liners.
• Site Pride: Removing trash and policing the exterior grounds for debris.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Prior professional cleaning experience is preferred.
• Reliability: You show up on time, every time. The 6:00 AM start is vital to our operations.
• Independence: Ability to follow a task list and maintain high standards without constant supervision.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable with a fast-paced role that involves walking, bending, and lifting.
