Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Custodian / Janitorial Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized office, warehouse, and manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing general cleaning, sanitation, and facility upkeep to support daily operations and maintain a professional workspace.

The ideal candidate has experience in custodial, janitorial, or building maintenance work, takes pride in cleanliness and organization, and works well independently.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform routine custodial and janitorial cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors 
• Clean and maintain office areas, warehouse spaces, breakrooms, and common areas 
• Gather and dispose of trash and recycling throughout the facility 
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and hygiene supplies 
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for cleaning supplies and janitorial materials 
• Identify and report facility maintenance or repair needs to supervisors 
• Follow daily cleaning schedules, custodial checklists, and safety procedures 
• Support overall warehouse, production, and facility operations as needed 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times 
• Perform all other duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• Experience in custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or facility cleaning preferred 
• Ability to work independently and manage daily cleaning responsibilities 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness 
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic 
• Ability to work in a warehouse, office, or manufacturing environment

Physical Demands:

• Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs. frequently
• Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently
• Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day
• Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing
