What You’ll Be Doing Everyday… 

  • Setting up files for production - taking the custom artwork, and placing it onto different color and size products for production of orders.

  • Prepare machines for different styles of products needed at the time.

  • Inspect products as they come out of machines for defects, adhesion, and any further adjustments needed to the logo or machine.

  • Troubleshoot problems as they arise with both the machine setup or logos.

  • Maintaining a good workflow throughout the day to ensure production needs are met.

  • Perform daily maintenance on machines at beginning and end of day.

  • Packing/Unpacking drinkware in different sections of the warehouse when needed.

  • Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need… 

  • Must be 18 years or older 

  • Prior warehouse experience or similar working in a sorting, distribution, or manufacturing facility

  • Strong punctuality, dependability, and time management skills, with consistent attendance

  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a warehouse or industrial setting

  • Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions or directions from Team Leads and Management

  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • High attention to detail and good time management skills 

  • Physical ability to perform repetitive or continuous tasks, including standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures and weather.
