- Be the primary point of contact to manage assigned customer accounts.
- Develop solid relationships with customers through face-to-face meetings, effective phone and email communications.
- Maintain a business acumen to make decisive decisions to complex customer issues and know when an issue must be raised to senior leadership.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions to customer needs and inquiries.
- Anticipate account changes.
- Collaborating with the sales team to maximize customer sales opportunities.
- Resolve or address customer complaints quickly and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer service professionalism to a wide range of customers.
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintaining a high level of communication with their supervisor, escalating issues when necessary.
- Initiate entry of RFQ/RFP into estimating process.
- Review of purchase order terms and enter into package flow process.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- 3-5 years previous customer account management experience.
- Self-directed and results oriented with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients.
- High degree of ethics and professionalism regardless of the situation.
- Ability to effectively work from a remote office, multi-task and manage multiple changing priorities.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite to include SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams applications.
Summary
MAPP Technologies is seeking a Customer Account Leader (CAL) position responsible for developing and managing long-term relationships with clients as a liaison between the customer and internal teams, ensuring timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs. The CAL must exercise discretion and effectively make independent decisions with regards to customer matters of significance. They shall provide the highest level of customer service to initiate, maintain and grow favorable relationships with clients. The position also supports the sales team as needed to develop new clients and support growth of existing accounts.
