We're seeking a Customer Account Specialist to support a diverse range of customer accounts across multiple channels. You'll manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring accurate order processing, timely fulfillment, and a seamless customer experience, while partnering closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Accounting to drive account success and maintain strong relationships.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, service-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with systems, processes, and cross-functional teams.
Responsiblities:
Order & Account Management
- Own a portfolio of customer accounts and guide their orders from start to finish—processing, fulfillment, and follow-up.
- Work alongside Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Logistics, and Accounting to keep deliveries on time and invoices accurate.
- Keep customers in the loop with friendly, timely updates on order status, new products, promotions, and availability.
- Help customers resolve issues like returns, warranty replacements, credits, and order adjustments using our ERP system.
Sales Support & Account Growth
- Partner with the Sales team to support account plans and keep customers engaged.
- Set up new products and customer-specific details in our systems.
- Keep an eye on inventory and ordering trends to head off problems and spot new opportunities.
Reporting & Data Management
- Pull together clear reports on account activity, fulfillment, and sales trends.
- Keep customer records, pricing, and order history accurate and up to date across our systems.

Requirements
Must-Haves
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 3–5 years in account management, B2B client relations, customer service, or sales support, ideally with physical products.
- Experience keeping orders and accounts on track in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Comfort working in ERP systems and customer portals (SAP S/4HANA is a big plus).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a knack for juggling several accounts at once.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with EDI transactions and VAN providers in a B2B setting.
- A background in order management, supply chain, or inventory-based operations.
- Some exposure to customer experience (CX) work, account growth, or sales support.
