We’re currently seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our Call Center team in Casco. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and providing outstanding service in a professional yet welcoming environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the voice of the Bank—supporting customers with their day-to-day banking needs and ensuring they feel valued at every interaction. Responsibilities include:

  • Answering customer calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Assisting with deposit accounts, online banking, EFT card support, and loan services
  • Troubleshooting issues, researching solutions, and ensuring follow-up so customers feel supported
  • Identifying opportunities to connect customers with the right products and services
  • Participating in sales and culture meetings to stay engaged and informed

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, averaging 35–40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with the possibility of rotating Saturdays in the future.
