Customer Experience Coordinator & Executive Assistant

Location: Premier Automotive Diagnostics - Cumming, GA

Premier Automotive Diagnostics is a family-owned automotive repair shop specializing in Audi, BMW, MINI, Porsche, and Volkswagen. Proudly voted Best of Forsyth, we take pride in providing honest, high-quality service while building lasting relationships with our customers and creating a workplace our team enjoys being part of.

We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized team member to become the face of our front office. Duties include, but are not limited to, answering phones, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and keeping our office running smoothly. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!

We're open to hiring either a full-time or part-time team member, and are willing to work with the right candidate to create a schedule that fits.

Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday.
  • 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Flexible).
  • No weekends!

Pay:
  • $16–$20 per hour (based on experience).

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers with a welcoming and professional attitude.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the daily service calendar.
  • Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles.
  • Accept and process customer payments.
  • Maintain an organized, professional front office.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support the service team as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and learning new software.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
  • Automotive experience is a plus but not required.
