Job Description

About the role

  • Axle Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Customer Credit Analyst. Joining the corporate headquarters Accounting & Finance division in Knoxville TN, this motivated candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day review of existing and potential customer data in order to make informed credit decisions in a fast-paced and growing company.

What you'll do

  • Assisting in financial analysis and approval of credit for new customers
  • Reviewing credit of existing customers and identifying potential delinquent payment risks
  • Assisting in setting up of new customers in company software and ensuring the onboarding accuracy
  • Performing other tasks as necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department


Qualifications

  • High School diploma required, associate degree or higher preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience working within credit department and/or 3PL accounting. 
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Ability to exercise tact and courtesy in frequent contact with customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skillsExperience with Microsoft Office Products
