Job Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and web leads
- Recommend moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment to all customers based on cost, availability or customer specifications
- Input information in to software for accurate estimating and scheduling; comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
- Obtain customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns
- Prepare all move-related paperwork and documents
- All other duties as assigned (scanning receipts, data entry, office cleaning, etc.)
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; associate’s degree in a related field is preferred
- At least 1 year of sales/customer service experience + the understanding of the selling process; TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® or moving industry experience is valuable
- Excellent customer relations skills: effective listening and communication
- Creative problem solver
- Organization + time management skills; can adjust priorities as needed
- Confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale
- Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
- Basic computer/keyboarding skills
- Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Core Values
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
