Laundry-4U is looking for an energetic person to ensure that every  customer that comes to our store has a wonderful experience. We are a  family-owned business that is aiming to improve the experience of doing  laundry for all of our customers.Our Advisor will be responsible for  greeting customers, assisting customers when issues arise, performing  wash and fold service for customers, and performing cleaning duties  throughout the day. Laundry-4U is open 24 hours and ready to serve  customers!
Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle  customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives  within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong proven technology skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, bilingual is a plus
  • Maintain store clean by following appropriate cleaning procedures
  • Perform wash,dry,fold services
  • Other duties as assigned

Language:

Education:

  •  High school diploma or equivalent

Shift times:

  • 8-hour shift
  • 7:00am-3:00pm
  • 3:00pm-11:00pm

Requirements

 

  • Retail/Customer Service: 8 months
  • Strong or proficient technology skills (tablets, mobile apps, POS systems)
  •  Long periods of standing, kneeling, bending, pulling, or frequently carrying objects up to 50lbs throughout an 8-hour shift  
  • Communication skills
  • Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to work independently.
