McDonald Plastic Molding currently has job opportunities for a Customer Service Representative.  This position is responsible  for performing administrative duties to support all management office staff. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist our customers through the ordering process to the shipping and invoicing process
  • Respond to incoming inquiries and tasks from other co-workers in a customer focused and professional manner
  • Order entry
  • Shipment planning
  • Obtain and maintain current products that are being made and shipped out
  • Establish rapport and trust with all customers, ensuring a high-quality experience
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Participate in-group and individual training.
  • Perform all duties in a safe manner while supporting and encouraging the company’s safety culture.
  • Determine personal strengths and delegate workload that best fits each individual.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
  • Perform all job duties with a positive, collaborative, and encouraging attitude.

 

QUALIFICATIONS include the following.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of work experience beyond schooling
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Communication and people skills
  • Organized and task driven
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Strong active listening skills
  • Attention to detail
