Job Description

The Customer Service Representative handles patient calls regarding billing questions, acting as the first point of contact for billing concerns and working closely with the billing department. The role requires prior customer service experience, with a preference for knowledge of medical billing, though it is not mandatory. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to learn and patiently explain a broad range of healthcare billing concepts.

Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!

Requirements:

40 hours per week - First Shift

Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

High School Diploma or GED

Previous Customer Service Experience

Previous Medical Billing Experience Preferred
