That means we need a Night Owl Pro who can handle 5–10 calls between 5 p.m. and 6 a.m., Monday night through Friday morning—and hold the line with composure, clarity, and class.

You won’t be putting out fires all night. But when that emergency call does hit, you’re the calm in the storm, the voice of reassurance, the one who makes sure the right tech gets the right info—fast, clean, and correct.

🎯 Your Mission:

• Answer 5–10 calls per night (avg. call = 16 min)
• Book jobs, dispatch techs, update systems without missing a beat
• Keep the chaos contained with empathy, confidence, and precision
• Be our company’s voice after dark—polished, professional, problem-solving
