Ridley Feed Ingredients, an Alltech® company, is seeking a fulltime Customer Service Representative to join our Mendota, IL team. We specialize in thoroughly researched, competitively priced micro feed ingredients, vitamin and mineral premixes, and feed additives serving regional manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and large livestock and poultry producers. 

Position Overview 

This role serves as the primary customer contact within the office. Responsibilities include receiving customer orders via phone, email, fax, or other channels; entering orders into D365 following established SOPs; monitoring order progress through production and scheduling; coordinating inbound and outbound shipments with other Alltech locations; keeping customers informed; and processing invoices. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Receive and process customer orders 

  • Enter orders into D365 and follow through to invoicing 

  • Coordinate production scheduling, delivery, and pickup 

  • Communicate order status updates to customers 

  • Support interlocation shipments 

  • Perform additional administrative and customer service duties as needed 

  •  

Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 

  • Strong customer service and communication skills 

  • Solid computer and math skills 

  • Agindustry experience is a plus
