A successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service to multiple homeowners’ associations. This is a full-time, non-exempt, in-office position based in Brentwood, CA, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Pay range is $21–$24/hour; direct experience is strongly preferred.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Answer and resolve inbound calls and email correspondence with professionalism and a customer-first approach
- Coordinate and monitor work orders for community maintenance and repairs, ensuring accurate tracking and proactive follow up.
- Track and manage architectural applications submitted by homeowners
- Manage building key/gate remote distributions
- Prepare reports, bid documentation and other material.
- Compose and type routine correspondence to residents, service providers and other parties
- Type, distribute, and track monthly violation letters
- Respond to inquiries and requests from residents, realtors, mortgage lenders, title companies and owners regarding resale information, insurance matters and miscellaneous requests other than financial matters.
