Job Brief

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including in-person, and phone.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assume other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by management.
