Job Description

Automated Health Systems has Customer Service Representative positions available in Tallahassee, FL. These positions are remote.

 

Work Location: This position will be remote. However, all remote employees must be able to travel to the Tallahassee office to pick up required equipment prior to their start date. Shipping of equipment is not available.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers by phone by providing helpful, professional, and accurate information regarding healthcare enrollment options.
  • Guide individuals through the enrollment process and help them understand available choices.
  • Answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide excellent customer service in a supportive call center environment.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update information in computer systems.
  • Explain program information clearly and ensure customers understand next steps.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information with professionalism and care.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to provide a positive customer experience.
  • Participate in training and stay informed on program updates and procedures.
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.
