Overview:

Call Center Customer Service Representative
Location: Indianapolis, IN (In‑Office)
Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience & bilingual ability) + up to $400/week in commission

 

About the Role
Bassett Services is growing, and we’re looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our Indianapolis call center. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast‑paced environment, this is a great opportunity to build a long‑term career with a stable and supportive company.
You’ll assist our Maintenance Agreement Members and new customers by delivering exceptional service and helping them find the solutions they need.

Responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling, service questions, and account needs
• Provide accurate information and solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Engage in active listening and clarify customer concerns
• Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships
• Navigate computer systems, scheduling tools, and customer management software
• Work collaboratively with call center team members

 

Qualifications
• 2+ years customer service experience (Required)
• 1+ year call center experience (Required)
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Proficient with computers; MS Word, email, and CMS experience is a plus
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and accountable
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
