We are looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to assist in taking great care of our guests. You’ll be the face and voice of our restaurant and responsible for our guest's experience. CSR's responsibilities include greeting guests upon their arrival and presenting menus and offers to assist in their ordering. You need to have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

The position is open for part-time mostly. We need people during the dinner rush 4-8pm, 7 days a week.

Job Duties:

-Helping Customers

-Preparing Salads

-Restocking drinks

-Preparing side items, sodas, ranch etc.

-Interact positively with coworkers and the public

-Answering phone with a positive attitude and in a professional manner.

-Entering orders into the POS and packaging them for pickup and tendering the sale.

-Attention to cleanliness and safety

-Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
