Burke's Pharmacy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
We are looking for an employee that wants to do multiple jobs with multiple roles in a very diverse and exciting environment.
This position is in a well established family owned pharmacy and is heavily customer service oriented. This location is new and while our main location is very busy, this location is a little less busy as we just opened. For this reason we are looking for someone who is willing and able to wear many hats.
Preferences include knowledge of Medical software and operation with special preference for Pioneer. Also Microsoft Office is beneficial.
This position requires flexibility to work Monday - Friday with rotating weekend shifts.
Bilingual preferred.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Inventory Managment
Patient Data Input
Patient Data verifcation
Equipment & Medication Delivery
Cashiering
Stocking
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High School Diploma / GED
