Join a fast-paced team where every day is different! Concrete Supply is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our dispatch operations and help keep our ready-mix deliveries running smoothly.


What You’ll Do

  • Take customer calls and enter/dispatch orders
  • Help resolve customer questions and concerns
  • Monitor delivery schedules, weather, and production updates
  • Keep records, reports and data entry accurate and up to date

Schedule & Hours

  • In the busy summer season, 55+ hour workweeks are common

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Dispatch or construction experience is helpful, but not required
  • Must be 18+ with a valid drivers license
