Job Description

Big Red Keno - Kearney, NE - is looking for a Part-Time CSR, Customer Service Rep.  This person will work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Position Summary



The CSR is responsible for taking care of our most cherished asset, our customers. Associates will interact with customers to ensure all their service needs are met! Our CSRs are responsible for multiple 'satellite' accounts providing the highest level of customer service possible. This is a fast paced and fun work atmosphere!!



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:




  • Candidate must abide by and understand all keno rules and regulations

  • Promotes positive public relations with guests

  • Available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

  • Responsible for multiple accounts/locations

  • Ability to audit cash drawers

  • Prepare operational reports

  • Drive to the locations

  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned
