No automotive experience needed — we provide all the training you need to succeed.

Job Duties:
This position requires access to a personal computer for the first 90–180 days of employment.
  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, and support outbound campaigns as needed
  • Schedule service appointments for automotive dealership clients
  • Identify caller needs and provide accurate information about services
  • Accurately document call details and update customer records in real time
  • Follow company scripts and procedures for a consistent caller experience
  • Escalate issues to supervisors when appropriate
  • Maintain quality assurance standards and complete ongoing client training
  • Deliver a friendly, professional experience on every call

Qualifications:
  • G.E.D. or higher
  • At least one year of call center or customer service experience
  • Comfortable navigating multiple programs and systems simultaneously
  • Basic familiarity with computers, software, and general technology
  • Strong verbal communication skills — clear, professional, and easy to understand
  • Solid written communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Sharp attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
Availabilities Needed (hours listed in CST)
  • 9:30AM - 6:00PM
  • 10:00AM-6:30PM
  • 11:00AM-7:30PM    
  • 11:30AM-8:00PM   
  • 3:00PM-9:00PM  
Equipment Requirements
  • Keyboard - F1 - F12 keys, Page Up/Page Down
  • Two monitors
  • Webcam
  • Ability to connect to internet via an ethernet cord (WIFI, cellular internet, starlight, 5G etc. are not permitted)
  • Wired USB Headset
  • Windows 11
  • 8 gigs of RAM or more (Installed Physical Memory)
  • Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 3 CPU or better.
